    Jurgen Klopp is preparing for his final game as Liverpool manager after nine years in charge. He says it has been "the most intense week of my life" as he bids goodbye to players, club staff and fans. Klopp has forged such a connection with the port city that he has been compared to Bill Shankly, the club's most legendary manager. He led the team to seven major trophies including a sixth Champions League title and a first English league championship in 30 years. Klopp says, "I would not be happy if I'd have thought I could have done more. I couldn't. I couldn't have done more."

      Formula One drivers have run and cycled around the track at Imola to mark 30 years since three-time champion Ayrton Senna was killed in a crash there in the 1994 race. McLaren driver Lando Norris arrives at the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix seeking to follow up on his first career win at the last race in Miami. Champion Max Verstappen was only fifth in the first practice session after going into a gravel trap while on a fast pace on his last lap. Charles Leclerc was fastest for Ferrari, ahead of Mercedes' George Russell and the second Ferrari of Carlos Sainz Jr.

        Kentucky Derby winner Mystik Dan is every bit the horse to beat in the Preakness. He's going for the second jewel of the Triple Crown on what could be a sloppy surface with rain in the forecast Saturday. That's no problem for Mystik Dan, who has won in the mud before. But he'll have to contend with Bob Baffert's Imagination, Brad Cox's Catching Freedom and others in the field of eight. A victory would set up a historic opportunity with the Belmont set to be run at Saratoga Race Course next month.

          Masters champion Scottie Scheffler was arrested Friday morning on his way to the PGA Championship. Stunning images showed him handcuffed as he was led to a police car. He was arrested for second-degree assault of a police officer, third-degree criminal mischief, reckless driving and not following police directions.
